Our company started in 1964 as a “Two Man Operation” and we will be celebrating the 60th anniversary in 2024. It is a family- owned business and run by the Simpsons family in its third generation.
Our business has grown significantly since the early days. We’ve built up our business from its humble beginnings in Wick into one of the biggest employers with more than 50 employees. Today, led by Managing Director Hugh Simpson, we are the largest crane hire and heavy lifting services company based in Caithness.
