Project overview

The first vessel HS Fairness arrived in Wick Harbour on the 16th October carrying 82 pipes.  Over the coming month Hugh Simpson (Contractors) Ltd  will be unloading further 7 vessels.

On this lift we used our 300t Liebherr crane fitted with the vacuum lift unit. On the quay we use Dhatec pipe storage system. This system can be easily adjusted to different pipe diameters and is completely safe to store pipes until further transportation to their final location.
